We're Back!

Hello All,
     Okay so call it a hiatus.  We are slowly but surely getting back into the swing of life. Peace, Freedom, and Happiness has always been my wish..... and I'm on my journey back.

     Where to begin (continue rather)? Bella is about to begin her 2nd year of preschool, and so very excited. She is such an enthusiastic child, and finds joy in every small piece of life.  She will be in Ms. Ashley's classroom again, and it totally syked.  Many of you may not know that the flooding in Nashville completely engulfed Bella's school (Donelson Christian Academy).  The have been in recovery ever since, and we are so excited that they have been able to open their doors again for this school year! It may not be quite the same, but they are working hard to get it there!

     Continuing on, this summer we have spent much time at the YMCA pool, and she seems to be catching on rather quickly.  She loves the froggy slide, and the water frisbee.  This summer Bella and I have also had the opportunity to spend some much needed time with my family in Kansas and around.  Bella ventured to Branson, Missouri with my older sisters and all of their kiddos.  Four adults and 6 children: 5 under the age of four. Crazy much? Although I wasn't able to join them, Bella has talked about all of her cousins nonstop. We have missed out on being close to them, and they instantly clung to one another.
     Moving into Kansas, we all met up at Nick and Shannon's wedding. It was so good to see old friends and family that I hadn't seen in years. It was and emotional, healing, and refreshing visit all wrapped into one.
     I look forward to updating posts more frequently and letting you in on our life here in Nashville, TN! For now.....
